**5 Stars** I initially left a one-star review due to a misunderstanding regarding additional payment after my insurance claim had been processed. However, after further clarification, it turned out there was an error in my understanding of the payment process. I’m happy to update my review to reflect my true experience. Dr. Chong and his team have been exceptional. The customer service has been excellent, and the payment process has been clear and well-managed. Dr. Chong himself is highly professional and an outstanding dentist. I appreciate the care and attention provided, and I’m very satisfied with my visits. Highly recommended!

initially visited this dentist because of its convenient location and was very satisfied with both the work and customer service. However, I was recently surprised to receive a call stating that I owe more money than initially paid, despite having already paid in full. They claim that the insurance company did not cover the expected portion, and the total cost ended up being significantly higher than what was originally communicated.
What’s frustrating is that it took them weeks to determine this. My appointment was scheduled on two separate occasions. I was assured before my appointment that I would be informed of the total cost, but now I’m facing a substantial and unforeseen expense. This lack of transparency and delayed billing process are quite disappointing.

I always have a great experience at Centreville Dental Design and with Dr. Jae Chong.
I drive from Baltimore Maryland to see them because they are just that good. They are excellent on all accounts, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work.
I have had several crowns done by Dr. Chong, and I am so pleased with everyone he has done for me. I will continue to use him for all my dental work as he is the best in the industry.

Dr Jae Chong, DMD is an excellent dentist. The offices are very clean and the work equipment is very efficient.

Our family dentist has moved away and was looking for another good dentist near home and we were very glad to find Dr. Chong. He’s a very articulate and meticulous dentist which is typically a characteristic that you need for such profession but what makes him special is that he’s also very cost conscious for the patients. He seemed to be looking for the most cost effective and most suitable or successful solutions for your specific situation which is not always the easiest way to work as a dentist so we appreciate his extra efforts on helping us keep our dental health! Whether you have a lot of necessary dental work coming up or just need to keep it clean & healthy, we highly recommend Dr. Chong as your dentist.
